I purchased two of these one in purple and one in teal. I loved them, but unfortunately they immediately were lost. I put the purple one in, and the bottom ball came off that day so I put the teal ball on that one and then the teal ball fell off the next day! I made sure they were tight, especially after losing the first one. I’m so upset because I really like them but I’m not sure they are reliable. I’ve emailed the company twice and haven’t heard anything back... very disappointed.
For the price I really can’t complain and they’re comfortable. I purchased the 7mm length - the barbells in the photo look slightly curved but the ones I received have more of a wide “V” shape. I chose anodized so I knew there were no returns or exchanges. Also, my order took three days to ship, not 24 hours as specified in the listing.
Excellent quality. The threads are perfect. Just know that titanium, being a different metal, is less shiny and a bit darker in color than stainless (kind of like pewter). So if you, like me, wear some stainless, this piece will have a slightly fuller and darker finish (if that matters to you).
I would really love to leave a 5 star review but I can’t. I paid for priority shipping and the email said my order would be shipped out the next business day and should arrive in 1-3 business days. It took 5 business days for my package to be sent out, and I didn’t receive it for 7 total business days after my order was processed. This is frustrating because rush shipping is pricey and I needed the jewelry quick because my piercing didn’t fit. I emailed them on the fourth business day asking when my order would be shipped and if I could get a refund for the rush shipping fee. I never got a response to that email. That said, the jewelry was great and well packaged when it arrived.

All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. All jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken or missing jewelry must be reported within seven days of delivery. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.

Tracking Your Order
When your order is packaged and shipping label printed, you’ll be sent an automated email that contains a tracking number. You can track your package online at USPS.
Please check the shipping address when confirming your order. Our shipping labels automatically print the address exactly as you've entered it. Sometimes our postage system will flag obvious problems, but you are ultimately responsible for providing an accurate address that conforms to USPS standards. If your package is undeliverable because of an error or omission, you'll be charged for shipping it a second time. Returned orders that qualified for free shipping but are cancelled will have the original shipping charge deducted from the refund due.
