Really nice piece of jewelry! This was my first purchase from Tulsa Body Jewelry. I placed the order around noon and it was shipped out the following day. It only took a couple of days to arrive. The items I ordered were well packaged in a bubble wrap envelope with a small zip lock bag inside and each piece individually sealed in a small plastic bag inside that. I really like that TBJ does that for each piece. Not only does it protect each piece, but it also allows them to accept returns if the item is damaged or turns out not to be exactly what you thought it was. The ability to return or exchange items was one of the things that cemented my decision to buy from these guys. Many, if not most jewelry retailers won't accept returns under any circumstances. These guys are great and know what customer satisfaction is all about!

The items I ordered (six in all) totally met my expectations; they're all awesome. The titanium industrials, titanium CBRs and acrylic retainer are all super high quality, beautiful to look at and look awesome wearing them. Between my partner and I we have 14 piercings. We're both planning on getting more and TBJ will definitely be the source for all our new and upgraded piercing jewelry!

 

Return & Exchange Policy

All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. All jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken or missing jewelry must be reported within seven days of delivery. We have to assume that breakage occurred after delivery if jewelry in not heat sealed in the original packaging. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
