Return & Exchange Policy

All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. All jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken or missing jewelry must be reported within seven days of delivery. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
Do not send jewelry in a plain envelope...
It will often arrive damaged if it gets here at all. The image above is an envelope we received not too long ago. We do not accept damaged jewelry or liability for any loss due to insufficient packaging. Recycling the original packing materials is a cheap and green solution.

Domestic Transit Time
Estimates are based on orders placed before noon CST. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and other holidays. Orders addressed to rural destinations or remote regions of the United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) should expect longer transit times.

Our shopping cart has a shipping calculator that will provide an exact quote for your destination. The buyer ("importer") is responsible for any fees/taxes/duty that may accrue when a shipment clears customs.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is packaged and shipping label printed, you’ll be sent an automated email that contains a tracking number. You can track your package online at USPS.
Please check the shipping address when confirming your order. Our shipping labels automatically print the address exactly as you've entered it. Sometimes our postage system will flag obvious problems, but you are ultimately responsible for providing an accurate address that conforms to USPS standards. If your package is undeliverable because of an error or omission, you'll be charged for shipping it a second time. Returned orders that qualified for free shipping but are cancelled will have the original shipping charge deducted from the refund due.
