The 18 gauge threadless barbell shaft is made from high polish implant grade titanium (ASTM F136 6AI-4V ELI) by NeoMetal Body Jewelry. The 2.5mm diameter ball end is fixed and cannot be removed from the barbell. The other end is not included and must be purchased separately! All NeoMetal parts are hand polished to a mirror finish. Choose your barbell length below.

You'll receive one barbell. NeoMetal ends are sold separately. These might not be compatible with threadless parts from a different maker.

Just go threadless!

I’ve been wearing Neometal’s threadless jewelry in my tregis and cartilage piercing for 10 years now. It’s not an easy spot to put barbels back, but the threadless system is so much easier than keeping that tiny ball lines up while spinning it in at such an awkward angle. I live in Ohio and continue to order from Tulsa Body Jewelry because their customer service is great. Also super fast delivery.

BAD customer service

I have no idea how the earrings wear because they never arrived. I tried to work both with the post office and ask Tulsa Body Jewelry customer service for help. From what I can tell they were lost in the mail. Tulsa Body Jewelry customer service just shrugged. I wasted my hard earned money I guess.

Return & Exchange Policy

All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. All jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken or missing jewelry must be reported within seven days of delivery. We have to assume that breakage occurred after delivery if jewelry in not heat sealed in the original packaging. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
