Problems with jewelry received...
We hate to hear that we've made a mistake, but *it happens. If we did send the wrong item, we'll do our best to fix things ASAP. When customers claim we've made a mistake, we'll ask for a simple phone pic. This is not an assault on your personal integrity. We need to verify what you received before processing any claim.

Please center the item on top of our measurement card. Don't waste your time lining it up with the rulers or anything. Just shoot from directly above and make sure it's in focus.
