Our deadlines allow time for order processing and also account for expected USPS service delays. We will continue to process and ship all orders ASAP right up until closing on Christmas Eve.

*USPS says the shipping deadline for delivery before Christmas is 12/15 for First Class Mail and 12/17 for Priority Mail Service. Those estimates have been horribly wrong for the last two years and we're not expecting it to be any different this year. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by USPS or FedEx.

Most orders are currently taking us two business days to process and ship. Please note that FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. It will take the same amount of time for us to process your order regardless of which shipping service you choose.


Transit Times
Estimates are based on orders placed before 9am CST. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and other federal holidays. Orders addressed to rural destinations or remote regions of the United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) should expect longer transit times. Please note that FedEx does not guarantee 2Day delivery during the holiday!

International Shipping
We do not ship to destinations outside of the United States.


Your Shipping Address
We can ship only to the cardholder's verified billing address. During checkout, please take a few seconds to check the accuracy of your shipping address. Autofill frequently adds outdated or mismatched address information that can delay or prevent delivery.


Tracking Your Order
When your order is packaged and shipping label printed, you’ll be sent an automated email that contains a tracking number. You can track your package online at USPS.


Inspect Jewelry Before Opening!
All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. All jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken or defective jewelry must be reported within seven days of delivery. We have to assume that breakage occurred after delivery if jewelry in not sealed in the original packaging.


Lost Shipment/Non-Delivery
We guarantee the final delivery of your order and insure all shipments. If your package isn't delivered within fourteen days of shipment, we'll normally refund or resend it according to the customer's preference. Insurance does not cover a delivery that's been confirmed by the USPS tracking number.


Undeliverable Orders
Please check the shipping address when confirming your order. Our shipping labels automatically print the address exactly as you've entered it. Sometimes our postage system will flag obvious problems, but you are ultimately responsible for providing an accurate address that conforms to USPS standards. If your package is undeliverable because of an error or omission, you'll be charged for shipping it a second time. Returned orders that qualified for free shipping but are cancelled will have the original shipping charge deducted from the refund due.
