Might’ve gotten the wrong size. It feels too big for my face.
Items came as advertised, true to size and perfect! So far no issues.
I love this hinged ring, but it can be tricky. The thread on the last one broke, so it no longer clicked shut, and there didn't seem to be a way to repair it. That being said, I clearly enjoyed the ring enough to replace it. Its easy and lightweight, and goes with pretty much any outfit. If you're just mindful when latching it, making sure you have it lined up you shouldn't have any problems. Shipping was also good. I got an email telling me they package was delivered while the mail truck was pulling away. That may be coincidence but I was still impressed.
The rings look great and latch very securely. Not only was the merchandise great quality, the customer service was stellar. Shipping was very fast and tracking was a breeze. I had an email notifying me of delivery before I even knew the mail had arrived. Great experience all around.
The hinge snaps easily, and it looks adorable. Happy to have added this one to my collection!

All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. All jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken or missing jewelry must be reported within seven days of delivery. We have to assume that breakage occurred after delivery if jewelry in not heat sealed in the original packaging. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
