Disappointed

It was really pretty, but as soon as I took it out of the package to put in my new jewelry, I immediately dropped it on the floor because it's small and I'm clumsy. The opal fell off as soon as it made contact with the ground and disappeared somewhere. I'm still wearing the barbell because my old one was bad quality and rusted, but I am disappointed that the opal fell off so easily. Hopefully I'll be able to find it and superglue it back on or something.

I looked for along time for just the right jewelry for my cartilage piercing since it is in kind of an odd spot... I thought I wanted a hoop, but was worried about snagging it. Then I found this! Perfect little guy... The ball on the back is tiny and hard to get a grip on and screw in but after I finally got it in I love it! 10\10 highly recommend.

We do not accept damaged jewelry or liability for any loss due to insufficient packaging. Recycling the original packing materials is a cheap and green solution.

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason so long as it remains heat sealed in the original packaging. All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. Your jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken, missing or incorrect items must be reported within seven days of delivery. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
