Sapphire Glass Tunnels
I have been a customer for over 3 years, and have bought at least 30 pairs of glass plugs from TBJ. My favorite are the glass tunnels. There are 2 reasons why I've bought so many pairs. One of course is size changing, and the other is the fact that these break very easily. So easily, that I won't buy them without a promo code. For my final order I bought a black and a blue pair of glass tunnel plugs size 14mm. These two pairs arrived and the first thing I noticed is that they are significantly smaller than all my other 14mm pairs. I have approximately 20 other pairs of 14mm. The new pairs fall out. I called TBJ and the man I spoke with made sure to try and make me feel like I had to be wrong, and was so arrogant and rude, that I couldn't possibly recommend this company to anyone. He asked for pictures of the jewelry, and I sent pictures of the new tunnels next the other tunnels (that I bought from them in the same size), so he could clearly see they were shorter and more narrow. I got an email telling me that he would not replace them, and that it "looked" as if it was just the flares that were smaller. Just the flares? Wrong, AND the flares are what keep the cheap glass earrings from falling out and breaking. I have never been treated so rudely, especially after being a long time customer. It was not like it was my first purchase, but it was my first complaint. The man can't accept that 2 out of 30 pairs could possibly be flawed? I am done with TBJ. The only thing I like to buy from them is the tunnel plugs, so I'll truly miss them, but the other earrings can be found cheaper, and from nicer companies. If you make a purchase know that even though they claim they will make things right, they can't because that would mean they would have to admit they do make mistakes. All glass earrings have a margin of acceptable size difference, but when they won't stay in your ears, and they are supposed to be the same size as the previously purchased pairs that do fit, that is NOT acceptable. Both pairs from my final order were the same in terms of the noticeable size decrease. I asked if they had made changes to their sizing in the glass tunnels and he said no. All I wanted was to return the oddly smaller ones for saddle plugs that would actually stay in my ear, and be the same size as all the other 14mm pairs I have. It's called customer retention TBJ.

All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. All jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken or missing jewelry must be reported within seven days of delivery. We have to assume that breakage occurred after delivery if jewelry in not heat sealed in the original packaging. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
