Abalone Wave Saddle Spreaders

First they don't show you the ridiculous flare filigree on the back that's almost a 1.5" flare Even with my ears that are 1" since 2007 (realistically larger my plugs fall out all the time) there'd be no way. I tried to measure them while inside their thin heat sealed bag and the bag busted open so I'm stuck with these stupid things that should have NEVER been listed as a 1" sure the saddle may be, but you want my 1 inch ears to get over nearly 1.5" flair... really?

They should be listed atleast 2 sizes larger than they are. I explained that I busted the bag trying to measure them that they weren't tried on, but nope wont even give a store credit. I understand sanitary concerns etc, but I myself am a business owner and will make the occasional exception and throw something away / eat the loss to not lose a customer.

Now they did say large flare in the listing, but since they didn't show the back I assumed it'd be similar to my smooth Diablo spreaders which they also advised buying smaller, but the Diablo fit me fine in 1".

Had there have been a picture and measurements of the flare I wouldn't have bought them at all. Good to know I'm out $40+ bucks for trying to measure something through that thin ass bag... one per bang would've been more realistic my tiny glass pair came one per bag but they shoved this giant pair in one 🙄

Rant over don't buy, but if you must go 2 sizes smaller. I did like this place, but I'll stick to buying things at local tattoo shops and conventions for now.

I ordered 11/16 which is true to size, but they seem a lot smaller. They leave a residue on my lobes and changed the color of my ear lobes for a bit. I clean them regularly with a eyeglass "towel"
Overall happy with the product

My lobes are well over 1 inch so no problem with installation, removal or wearing as reported by others. Not secure enough for wearing during sports though as the wearing area lobe channel is quite wide.

I ordered them 1 size smaller than what I usually wear and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and very beautiful!
