Sent me the wrong item

I recieved the wrong item. I ordered a captive bead ring but recieved a horseshoe ring. I could have returned it but I needed it ASAP so I kept the one I was sent. I put three stars for the very quick shipping and cheap prices but my order must have been mixed up.

I absolutely love this ring! The rose gold is classy. I thought I would try the captive ring as now that I'm older I have problems with getting the loose little ball in the other rings. I recommend these to anyone that has had problems in the past on losing the small balls on other rings. After watching the video, the process of putting them on was a breeze.

I’m so disappointed

I seriously wasted my money. Couldn’t get the ball back into place (I had three different people try to help me) once I had the jewelry in and i eventually dropped the tiny ball and couldn’t find it. Please don’t get these, you’ll regret it

I'm sorry you had so much trouble with it. Captive bead rings can be tricky - especially with the smaller, 3mm beads. Fixed bead rings are a good alternative if you find the loose beads hard to work with.

All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. All jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken or missing jewelry must be reported within seven days of delivery. We have to assume that breakage occurred after delivery if jewelry in not heat sealed in the original packaging. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
