Very disappointed in the color

These are VERY dark purple plugs. They appear to be black when wearing. Not at all amber purple. Bummer

Great quality, color off

The quality of these plugs is perfect, exactly what I expect from this company! It should be noted, though, that the color is not a deep purplish red as in the picture; it's more of a medium orangey red. If you want a warmer toned red that reminds you of fire, then get these for sure; however, if you want a cooler toned darker color, these aren't for you. Maybe they look darker in a bigger gauge. I got a 6g, so factor that in when deciding.

Great plugs and very comfortable

The glass material make these hugs feel like nothing, and are very light on the ears. I was worried the color was going to be to clear or transparent, but they are opaque enough to see the purple, but not to dark where they look almost black. They are very comfortable to sleep in, and are easy to take in and out. Would highly recommend, getting this style for all my bigger sizes from now on!!

Jewelry sent in a regular envelope will often arrive damaged if it gets here at all. The image above is an envelope we received not too long ago. We do not accept damaged jewelry or liability for any loss due to insufficient packaging. Recycling the original packing materials is a cheap and green solution.

We accept returns and exchanges for any reason so long as it remains heat sealed in the original packaging. All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. Your jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken, missing or incorrect items must be reported within seven days of delivery. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
