I got these stainless steel pincers as a gift for myself, once I've reach the next sized gauge. I also ordered the clear silicon o rings, since I have an allergy with the black rubber o rings. So happy i could find everything i was looking for in one place. Very good quality, and one happy customer! Ill be back for more

I bought an 8g pincher to get my septum to my goal size. Usually, the diameter of the jewelry is so big and goes all the way down to my mouth. this one is perfect. and I am still able to tuck it up if I want to "hide" it. pretty smooth going in and comfortable as well. 10/10, can't even argue.
Ordered on 9/28 and received within a reasonable time frame but was missing o-rings. Emailed customer service immediately to advise of the missing o-rings and to see if they would send them out to me but they have never responded. Would love to wear it because I’ve been wanting a pincher exactly like this with the o-rings so I don’t loose it.

All jewelry is individually packaged in clear heat sealed bags that allow for a good visual inspection of size and color. Before opening the bags, please take a good look at your jewelry and make sure it meets up with your expectations. All jewelry is guaranteed to be delivered undamaged and free of manufacturer defects. Broken or missing jewelry must be reported within seven days of delivery. We have to assume that breakage occurred after delivery if jewelry in not heat sealed in the original packaging. Items can be exchanged or returned for refund within thirty days of delivery confirmation, but only if the original heat-sealed bags remain unopened. We do not allow returns for custom anodized titanium jewelry or specially marked clearance items. Original shipping charges will not be reimbursed, but replacements for any defective or broken merchandise are always shipped free. Refunds are issued to the original payment account and usually takes a few days for the credit to post.
Do not send jewelry in a plain envelope...
It will often arrive damaged if it gets here at all. The image above is an envelope we received not too long ago. We do not accept damaged jewelry or liability for any loss due to insufficient packaging. Recycling the original packing materials is a cheap and green solution.

Sometimes our postage system will flag obvious problems, but you are ultimately responsible for providing an accurate address that conforms to USPS standards. If your package is undeliverable because of an error or omission, you'll be charged for shipping it a second time. Returned orders that qualified for free shipping but are cancelled will have the original shipping charge deducted from the refund due.
